STATUTORY DECLARATION
UNDER SEC-4(1)(B) OF RTI ACT 2005
College follows transparency norms in every activity. A person may obtain evidence regarding the conduct of the college by submitting a written appeal with a proper details and particulars of the information requested. The duly signed application may be addressed to the Principal, Government Post Graduate College, Obra, Sonbhadra accompanied by a fee of Rs.10/-. Information and related documents would be made available as per the RTI act. If the information is delayed from the institution, concerned applicant may appeal to the First Appellate Authority, Directorate of Higher Education, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
